As an adjunct to a 3/4D session with little sprout imaging, you can now request an Estimated Fetal Weight (EFW) Report. Our ARDMS Ultrasonographers will take the necessary measurements of baby which will in-turn be interpreted and reported to your OB / CNM. We have engaged Templeton Reading, LLC^* to provide the Radiologist generated report to your OB/CNM.

We decided to offer Estimated Fetal Weight Reports because (1) our clients and their prenatal care providers are increasingly requesting the information and (2) a recent study of note regarding fetal ultrasound in mid-to-late pregnancy may reveal fetal growth inconsistencies. Follow-up Sonography may be clinically useful

You may request an Estimated Fetal Weight Report if you are doing one of our 15 or 30 minute sessions. We do not believe there is a great deal of value to your prenatal care provider if you are early in your pregnancy and doing one of our gender sessions—the Itty Bitty Sprout or Wee Sprout. The cost for this service is $50.00. This includes the cost of the report to be sent to your OB/CNM.

You must provide the following form completed by your prenatal care provider when you arrive in our office. No exceptions will be made.
